2. Delivery Times

We primarily ship using Sendle, a carbon-neutral courier service, to ensure your orders are delivered with minimal environmental impact. However, during special occasions, we may also use Australia Post for certain deliveries. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Within Australia:
    • Standard Delivery (Sendle): 1-7 business days, depending on your location.
    • Australia Post (special occasions): 1-7 business days for standard shipping; express options may be available depending on the order.

  • To New Zealand:
    • Standard Delivery (Sendle): 2-10 business days.
    • Australia Post (special occasions): Delivery times vary but generally take 7-10 business days.

Please note that delivery times can vary depending on the destination, and delays may occur during peak periods or due to external factors. All orders come with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You will see the total shipping cost for your order with Sendle displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

  • Free Shipping:
    • For Australian orders over AUD $150.
    • For New Zealand orders over NZD $165.

Shipping costs will be determined based on your location and the weight of the items in your cart.

4. Carrier Information

We work primarily with Sendle, which offers carbon-neutral shipping, ensuring that every delivery helps offset carbon emissions and reduce environmental impact. In certain circumstances or for specific promotions, we may also use Australia Post, a trusted carrier with reliable service across Australia and internationally.

Both carriers provide detailed tracking information, so you can stay updated on the status of your delivery at all times.

5. International Shipping (New Zealand Only)

We currently offer shipping to New Zealand with Sendle and, occasionally, Australia Post. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and delays depending on the regulations in New Zealand. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If there are any customs or tracking issues, we will do our best to assist you in resolving them, but please be aware that international shipping may occasionally experience delays beyond our control.

6. Delays and Lost Packages

In the event of a delay in your shipment, we will notify you as soon as possible and work closely with the carrier to resolve any issues. While we aim to provide a seamless delivery experience, external factors like weather conditions, holidays, or logistical challenges can sometimes cause delays.

If a package is lost, we will work with Sendle or Australia Post to locate it. If the package cannot be found, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
